Rempeyek or peyek is a deep-fried savoury Indonesian peanut cracker made from flour (usually rice flour), peanuts, dried anchovies, coconut milk, salt and spices. They are popular in Indonesia, Malaysia, and The Netherlands, through its historical connection with Indonesia.
